Abstract: First, I discuss a relevance of the notion of generalised BEC (the van den Berg-Lewis-Pulé quasi-condensate) for description and interpretation of experimental observations in regular and random boson systems. Another notion is related to theoretical observation of a (nonconventional) condensate induced by particle interactions. Discovered for the first time in the Huang-Yang-Luttinger model this phenomenon persists in random environments and needs for description the notion of the generalised BEC.
