Abstract: We consider a collection of simple random spin systems (chains) and prove a strong form of dynamical localization. This localization is expressed in terms of a Lieb-Robinson bound (in
average) with zero velocity. We then discuss the consequences of this form of dynamical localization on (exponential) clustering in the ground state.
